I heard if your too nice to guys...and talkative...they get bored and they stop being attracted to you. But if you ignore them..and pay them no mind..........they tend too want you more. I make small talk with him...and I noticed when I dont speak to him...he makes it his business to drop a few lines in my email just to say hello......GUYS-when you like a girl in the work place..would you rather her give you small talk so show that she's friendly but not stuck up....or quiet.....? What will attract you more?

I don't like him...but I like to tease him a bit. lol I know it's terrible.....but...I just want to know what drives guys CRAZY without being "too much"

If you are attracted to him then there is no harm in talking with him. If you don't talk to him he'll wonder if you're just as interested as he is.
However, if you are not interested in him then perhaps the "cold shoulder" will let him know.
If you aren't interested in him and he thinks you are by means of chatting with him everyday that could lead into further problems such as "stalking".
You also might want to take note of what the comapny policy is about dating.
I would check out this guy from other colleagues, mutual people you both know to see if he is a nice guy or just interested in putting you as another notch in his bedpost.

quite + attentative works better then loud and abrasive.
i mean, if she smiles alot and comes close and touches you e.t.c but not in a massively flirtatious way, just hints and compliments e.t.c
enduring small talk is horrendous at times.
