Well I'm working on being a ranger after highschool and the finalization of bootcamp. Anyways I wanted to know a good work out schedual for the whole body, An dsome sort of cardio workout as well. any otehr usefull tips would be nice like requirments to be a ranger and what not.

Run for 5 kilometers everyday,
If not swim for 1,000 meters daily,
50 push-ups, 50 sit-ups and 10 pull-ups daily.
