Not much. You can always order stuff over the internet but maybe subject to import duties and customs clearance.
Variety is not as good as in a US grocery store but you can usually find a good or better substitute.

We will have a lot of brands that you maybe unfamiliar with, but we have a good range of foods from all over the world in the International Section of our Supermarkets.
New World has the best in my city.
