Ignore the IDIOT who promoted anorexia as a way to quickly lose weight. It's very unhealthy and can kill you.
Any number of calorie restricting diets can help you lose weight fast. You can safely lose 1-2 pounds a week. However, if you just diet without making lifestyle changes, you will probably gain back all you lost plus interest once you go off the diet. (typical of most yo-yo diets)
Sucessfully losing weight long term is easy. Just eat a healthy, well balanced diet and get 30-90 min of exercise every day. Although the method is NOT quick, it works. By making long term changes to your lifestyle, you will not only lose weight, but be able to keep if off.

no, even if you would manage to do it somehow you would gain back more than lost as soon as start eating normal.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Acupuncture is a highly effective treatment method to treat weight loss. Weight loss is one of the most classical examples illustrating the similarities and differences in the treatment procedures followed by Tradition Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine. They are similar as both of them accept that a person can have weight problem due to various reasons. Also both of them accept that any treatment must be accompanied by diet and lifestyle changes to get results. They differ a lot in the treatment methods from a clinical overview.

Eat 1200 cal. and be a little more active. I don't mean work out, just try to stay on your feet more when you can. I promise you will lose at least 6 lbs. in the first week. Try eating 300 cal meals and 3 100 cal snacks. That's what I do and it has helped me lose 35 lbs FAST. My OBGYN told me that there is nothing wrong with this, as long as I wasn't exercising!
