I believe in God, I also hate him too...

My life has been a mess... Not one day I am feeling good about my life...

But, God looks after us... In someway at least...

That's a controversial debate my friend. You'll probably get attacked by many. It can be looked at by many perspectives. Here is how I see it. God loves all, God acts differently on different people's hearts, and above all (this is a big one) God forgives all. GRACE! It's wonderful, but not to be taken for granted. It really all depends on why you hate him and the relationship you have. You don't have to be a cutthroat (wrong word) devotional or anything, just a relationship is fine with him. In the end, if you're sorry for certain things (repent) (not that you need to be sorry for hating him, just that if you're going to hate him it better be for a compromable reason) than God will forgive you. Again this is all just my take on things, I'm sure many dissagree with me. It jsut sounds like you have some kinks to work out. I hated him once, but then he showed me light. Therefore bringing our relationship back. Sorry for writing so much. Feel free to contact me. And remember.....This stuff isn't easy.

I personally don't believe that an all loving Creator can send the smallest bit of his creation to an eternal damnation. Besides, the fact that you say you "hate" God says to me that you are a thinking and caring person possibly as confused about this world and our existence in it as I am. I once heard someone say, "God would much rather me have a furrowed brow than a bended knee." May not be much of an answer to your question, but at least you asked.

Look, a relationship with God is like any other child-parent relationship. There will be times you're going to get mad. It's expected. But would you completely close your heart off to your mom or dad? Or even forget that they exist?
. . .
Be mad, it's natural, and it's completely human. Anger is an involuntary reaction that just needs an outlet. But to refuse to compromise with God is first and foremost your decision. This (unlike anger) is a knowing choice you make. And it won't always be easy to ignore God, just like it wouldn't be easy to ignore a parent.
. . .
It's a healing process that needs to be given time. But if you don't hold on to the past that wound will mend a lot quicker than if a grudge is tenthered to it.
. . .
Good luck. I hope you find the answers you're looking for!

the thing is why do u hate god? i mean i am the same way sometimes with God, like he is the best thing ever in my life and He makes everything happen, but sometimes the things that happen to me i don't like. Like my parents divorce it was a miserable time for me, but it was for the best. God got my mom, my brothers, and me out of an abusive relationship. Even though God was saving me from something terrible, I couldn't figure out why it was happening. I spent three years mad at God, but when I finally realized that everything happens for a reason and God only wants the best for you, then things got a little easier for me. My friend says to that when you get mad at God get mad, because he is strong enough to take. I dont believe in that fully, because I value my relationship with God so much. But I personally dont believe that you will go to hell, as long as you have Jesus Christ in your heart, then there is nothing that you can ever do to make God stop loving you. God says that if you accept him into your heart and confess that Jesus is God then there is a place for you in heaven.

I hope that this helps you out :]

No, it doesn't mean that you will go to hell for hating him but that you might because, like us all who haven't been saved yet, you do not have Gods love in your heart.

Recognising your hatred for God is an important step to entering through the strait gate and walking the narrow way.

It's hard, but the rewards are amazing, God bless you on your journey.

No, that means that you don't really know God. Martin Luther hated God when he was a monk because he thought that there was no way that he could be saved. But then the Holy Spirit opened Martin's understanding to salvation by faith and his hate for God turned into love as he realized God's love for him and the sacrifice that Jesus made on our behalf.

do you hate him or are you angry with him? I think God wants us to understand Him so if you are angry with Him and can still talk to Him about your anger that could just be his way of bringing you closer to Him. HOwever, if your hate causes you to reject him than by my standards and beliefs I can't say that you'll go to hell bc/ that's not my decision at all, but the outlook doesn't seem too good considering Jesus said, the demons knew who he was, but that didn't mean they were saved.

You don't know Him well enough if you hate Him. Read the Bible and pray about it. Pray about what's going on in your life that makes you hate Him. Ask Him to reveal Himself to you regarding the situations in your life.

Do some Bible study lessons that will put everything in perspective:

If you hate God would you want to go to heaven? Get to know Him and your choice will be eternal life.

belief in God is just a beginning. as noted in other answer even satan believes in God. it does not mean that things will always go well for us. we have free will and often make mistakes in our judgements. and because of those mistakes we often suffer adverse results. we need to learn the truth about God (john 17:3)and make necessary adjustments in our life.
