You can't target fat in just one part of your body. You need to lose some weight while working the muscle in the area you want to tone. So, go on a diet, do cardio, and start doing exercises to build the muscle in your arm.

Bonne chance

I agree w/ jessicawiley82. I had the same problems with my arms. It seemed like that's the only part of my body that fat accumulates and can't get rid of! (even w/ consistent cardio) Lifting light weights w/ high reps helped. But I saw real results when I've added doing arm circles at home. This lengthened muscles and gave my arms a slimmer look.

overall weight (fat) loss
if you start lifting your arms will only get bigger since there is gona be more muscle underneaht the layer of fat
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

It sounds crazy, and it looks hilarious, but doing arm circles worked for me. I was having trouble losing weight specifically from my upper arms so I started doing arm circles while I speedwalked around the block. Put your arms straight out to your sides. Make small circles to the front (like treading water) about 100 times then reverse your rotation and roll them to the back 100 times. Then repeat the procedure with large circles. It will work the tops and bottoms of your upper arms. You can also try using weights, but remember that if you are trying to LOSE FAT do lots of reps with minimal weight... when you are ready to start bulking up with muscle, switch to fewer reps with more weight.

physical activity ie aerobic activity burns fat, You will need to get you heart rate up for 45min-1 hr 3-4 times a week. Also doing weights will help to tone an define the muscle mass. Muscle helps to burn fats. there are bicep curls, tricep extension, or rasies, flys for the deltoid. is you don't have weights create them with bags of flour etc. there is alway push up etc. koin a gym if you can, there are trained people to show you how to do it. Good Luck

Do your cardio regularly enough. 3 to 5 times each week of 45 minutes to an hour each session. Moderate your eating habits. For arm exercise, you can use heavy weights relative to your strength not anyone else. heavy weights do not make your arms grow bigger, it only do that if you really eat alot. It is very hard for girls to grow big muscle due to the body make-up.

If you start by trying to do 5-10 pushups a day this will begin to tone your arms. As your arms become stronger increase the amount of pushups you do each day.

- alisha, good luck!

Id like to know, too. I have been doing walking with some light (3) pound handweights and doing exercises while I walk. It looks silly but it feels like it is toning up. Music and walking on the beach are key for any good exercise. Good luckl.

Do some moderate weight lifting from home. Substitute weights with canned products if you have none. Tone those arms !

Get on the roof
Wait until the sun comes up
And flap your arms and yell "Cockadoo-doe-doo"
