i am 13 yrs old i weigh 110lb but look skinny(most friend's say that im skinny)i bearly eat.....is this good ,if not how can i fix it..give me a site or tell me what to do (specifically)

well you sound like you're in the same physical condition as me pretty much. I'm almost 14 and I weigh as much as you...but I'm a girl so that may make a difference if ur a guy. Since you say you barely eat, you may wanna eat more meet and protien. But don't worry about it too much. You sound fine to me. Good luck!!!!♥

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise ,weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

I don't know your height, but you don't weigh much. For a 13 year old, you are probably just fine. Make sure you eat healthy amounts of healthy foods every day, especially since you are growing. Continue to be active you will be fine. :o)

All you need to do is at your checkup with your doctor ask him if you are in your normal range. If he says yes (which im sure he will) you are perfectly healthy and should worry more about eating right and having a great self esteem and not how other people think you look.

i agree you should stay between a hundred-one hundred ten no longer plenty skinnier then you definitely start to look to skinny i think of you're a proper weight actual in the middle i could in basic terms no longer probably difficulty approximately in spite of everything you're basically 13 yet once you do difficulty approximately it jusdt stay approximately have been you're

GIRL!! r u serious!..of course you are you twig!!! (no offense) in fact you are below the weight you shuold be!ok ill tell you what to do...do not turn anorexican or throw up.unless you want to suffer from lack of real teeth..yes its true..some girls who strat throwing up.loose all their teeth because of the acid they throw out when they throw up..ps you are still developing your body and you wont be finished untill your like about 17 or 18 an up ok?

im really skinny too but i weigh 115 lbs and im around ur age but im extremely tall... r u tall?? cuz if u r thats why you weigh that much and thats a normal weight anyway but u really should eat because not eating wont make u skinny wut will make u skinny is eating HEALTHY foods and doing sports and stuff a lot

okay soo first of all..how tall are you? im 5'3 im 16 and i weigh 107 but i eat non stop.. are you around my hight cuz then your weight is perfectly fine and YES you are skinny lol just dont become annerexic or anything cuz guys do NOT think thats cute okay! i hope this helped =]

You are fine because my friend is only 11 and weighs 110 lbs. and is a girl. She is still skinny so you are not fat. And eat!!! Don't become anorexic- YOU COULD DIE!!!

well it depends on your height but 113 is skinny maybe you should get up to like 125.
