okay heres the deal:this guy on my street talks to me one day then ignores me the next.the problem is i like him..i told him that but he thinks its a joke..but he keeps on asking questions like: why do u like me and i just shurg...does that mean hes interested??

If you have no clear reason other than a shrug on why you like him....he may really think it is a joke...

Of course he is interested.
Let him know the reasons why you like him. Because he is fishing for a list, give him a list.
(1) You think he's cute?
(2) He makes you laugh?
(3) He's smart?
(4) He's talented?
(5) You like the way he makes you feel?
Give him a few good reasons why you like him, then ask him to hang out with you at the movies or mall on Friday or Saturday night.

He probably does not have any interest in you concerning a relationship and just making you the blunt of a joke. I would suggest just keeping him as a acquaintance and move on to the next opportunity.

he wants to see if ya joking or if ya for real sometimes ya have to show instead of tell like kiss him and mean it once he see that u for reall and he standing there stun like dam u no ya got him then
