Keep doing what you are doing and slowly you will find people. 4 Years is enough time for your state to have clubs etc. it is like you said just finding people.
As it is in our state we are unable to openly talk about our legal status. Because of no regulations here on the internet this is the only place we can openly talk about being legal, so far!!
One thing about finding others is being discrete. If one sings it to the skies they are legal this is opening one up to be ripped off, some times even hurt over this issue.
Keep doing what you are doing if you are legal keep your card or whatever your state gives you, on you at all times. No one will trust you if you do not have your license on you!!
