Breast reduction surgery.
working out and losing weight may or may not help, you would have to give it a go to see if it works (it didn't work for me, but it worked for some other girls, and in some cases they gained a cup size!).

The only way to reduce your breast size, besides breast reduction surgery, is to lose weight. If you are already thin and don't have a high body fat percentage you may need to have breast reduction surgery to decrease the size of your rack. If you are heavy, do a lot of cardio. It will tighten up your skin and help you burn fat (so you don't just end up with saggy smaller boobs).h

It depends. Dieting can help reduce the fat around your boobs, (your ribs etc) which can make your boobs appear smaller. But your actual boobs, the cup size, is generally going to stay the same unless you get a breast reduction. Most girls would die for big boobs, so maybe buy yourself some nice bras and be proud of em. if they are a big problem, depending on your age, consider a reduction.

Well if you don't want surgoery, try to lose fat. Breasts are mostly fat and if you are overweight, a litte fat reduction should do the trick. You shouldn't do much push-ups, because they builds chest and arm muscle. The added muscle may make your breasts appear larger. If you are in a good weight, however, losing weight won't do much, since your body made a pre-determined minimal amount of fat you should have if you are in good weight. I say, just go with the flow. You're body knows what it's doing.

if this is caused by you being a larger person, healthy diet and exercise will minimize the size of the fat cells, leading to a smaller breast size. if you're a small frame already, either surgery or i guess exercises targeting the pectoral (chest) muscles. i think whatever you do to reduce it (other than surgery) will leave stretchmarks though

I want my breasts to get smaller too lol, all I can say is I've heard that diets and doing pushups help reduce the size. Or, you can get some surgery...but that scares me.

Lose weight. Although you should consult your doctor. and do not, under any circumstances, choose a smaller bra size or delibrately squish your breast in anyway, that is very bad.
