I used the advice of a nutritionist who got me on some all natural products and I lost 36 pounds in just over four months. All the way through I felt great and all aspects of my health improved. Try www.myhealthabc.com, the guy there is really nice and his support with your weight loss is excellent. Everything he told me would happen has done just as he said it would. The products I am using are so good and he checked them to make sure everything was compatible with the medication I use. I fyou want to lose weight safely and in a natural way then speak to this guy, it is the best thing I have done for my health in years. Good luck.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

The best way to loose weight and keep it off is with a total body cleanse product that provides nutrients. The body retains fat and fluids to buffer itself against toxins. Get rid of the toxins and th excess fat and fluid comes off. This can be done quite rapidly if you choose the right product.

Losing weight is a simple equation: if you burn more calories than you eat, the weight will come off. Start off by estimating how many calories you burn each day using the calorie calculator http://straighthealth.com/pages/tools/caloriecalclb.html This will give you an idea of how many calories to eat. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. To lose 1 pound per week you need to create a calorie deficit (burn more than you eat) of 500 calories per day. To lose 2 pounds a week, you have to double the deficit to 1000 calories per day. You can achieve this by eating less, exercising more or a combination of both.

Keep what you're doing, however, try to only lose 2 pounds a week so you don't shock your system. Plus the healthy changes you make will more likely be permanent. The slower you lose it, the slower it will come back.

i would recommend determination and mental stradegies.see, losing weight is so much more than just cutting cals or jogging till ur legs give out,it's more of a "starting a new life"and "feeling confident"thing.so i would like to say,an intake of 1200~1800cal a day,a regular exercise with a MOTIVATED AND DETERMINED heart.
i have 20 pounds to lose this month too, hehe, bitter sweetness
