That's a crazy amount of exercise and you are going to burn yourself out. You need at least 1 day off of the week. Aim to work out 5 times a week 50-60 min or cardio each time. Limit your calories to 1200 or so a day (depending on your weight and body) and you can lose around 2-3 lbs a week (which is a healthy rate). It takes 3500 calories to burn 1 pound of fat, so as long as you have an excess of that amount of calories, you will lose weight.

If this is your first time dieting, 10 lbs will drop fast. But if you've already lost a lot of weight, 10 lbs is going to take longer than a month.

Good questions. Yes it's possible. If you organize your eating plan and run 7 miles a day for a month. You could lose more than 10 pounds. I give you my advice. Don't eat after 6 o'clock at night. If you drink Pepsi, Coke, etc... instead of regular Pepsi, drink Diet Pepsi. I was pregnant, I gave birth 4 months ago. I was 189 pounds in my 9th month. After I gave birth, I was 168 pounds, I am 151 pounds now. I didn't run, didn' t take diet pills. I used to eat 2 times a day, stopped eating at night, bread, stopped drinking regular sodas, I made some exercises on the Air Bike 3 hours per week. I am still working on my weight. I want to cut down my weight to 145 pounds because I am only 5'4 .
Hope that helps. Good Luck.

you can lose the weight it is possible it is easy to lose 1-2 pounds a week the trick is to work out and eat right 1st cut back on White bread and potatoes try to eat less than 60 grams of Carbohydrates a day. try to keep you calories under 2,000 a day now it depends on how active you are you might be able to eat more calories if you are very active. Drink 8 glasses of water and stop eating after 7pm. try to eat 4-5 small meals like 400 calories per meal. You should lose weight if you follow this. The more fruits and green veggies you eat the easier it will be to lose the weight. I have done this myself so I can attest to this regimen. Please let me know how it goes! The best of luck and don't worry YOU CAN DO IT! Oh yea you should consult a doctor before starting any workout and diet.

Yeah!! I mean you could loose 10 lbs in a week. I have been on the tuna diet and have lost 10 lbs this week overall I have lost about 60 lbs. It's just eat tuna for your meals well actually its suppose to be eat tuna 6 times a day, small meals and you are allowed a little mayo or mustard and 2 slices of wheat bread (only wheat bread) and all the water you can stand. You can also add veggies and fruits. I was also exercising by doing the 8-minute abs video and the pilates video. What you are doing or planning on doing should work fine for the exercise part for food I would suggest the tuna or alternating between tuna, oatmeal, cereal, and chicken or even salmon. Good luck to you.

yes it is possible with a proper diet. But I am not sure whether that will cost any damage to your knees. Especially if you are not conditioned, it can set you back for injuries for a long time. another thing to look at is what is your current weight and height? Whether 10 pounds is really feasible for you to lose. If you are already on the skinnier side, 10 pounds will be as hard as a really obese weight person trying to lose 30 pounds.

you shouldn't run daily.

and your body is capable of consuming about 1000 calories of fat per day.

one pound of fat 'weighs' 3500 calories.

do the math - that would mean about eight pounds in one month, give or take.

i think 10 pounds in one month can be done and even done right...

Yes but you should look at your diet as well and incorporate 2-3days of weight resistance training.
