find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Working out. If you can't get to a gym or anything, walking can do wonders!
I was a size 14-ish when I was 12, I wasn't really fat, I just have big hips, but I had some pudge, and I walked to and from school for a month, and Got to a 9.
Limiting food. Meaning don't eat until you are stuffed, eat until you just aren't hungry.

Spend lesser time on your computer and go do running in the park or else where. remember when you run, run at different intervals like sprinting for 30 seconds then jog lightly for 90 seconds. do this set a few times in a day's workout and thrice a week. 4 weeks later, you will lose a great deal of weight.

Tell your parents that you have a weight problem and that you'd like them to cook healthier food for you. When they offer you crap, don't take it. Drink plenty of water. Play a bit more sports or other physical activities.
