I want to be in shape so even if I have tight schedule, I try to squeeze in at least 15 minutes of hip hop or any kind of fast dancing.
I also walk every day for 30 minutes.
I'm 5ft and weight 105 pounds.
So is that enough exercise for me?

It is definitely better than spending your 15 minutes watching TV but I think it is just barely a warm up before you burn good amount of calories. Actually, if doing it for 15 minutes would make you feel good, relax, no stress then that is enough in my book. You are not over weight so don't worry.

Any exercise is better than none at all. You are doing fine with qualification! If exercise with the intend of losing weight or weight control then the whole thing is a balance of calories intake and output in conjunction with metabolic rate.

Yes...you're not overweight, and this sounds like a good amount of exercise for you. Dancing is a great cardio exercise if it's fast. So Hip Hop's perfect :)

It's very good exercise and right for your height and weight, be sure you do stretching though so you don't hurt yourself in a fast move. Back bends, touching your toes, then hands on hip leaning back as far as you can is good for the back, laying on your back and pretending to bicycle is good too. maks sure you stretch your legs really good too, running up and down stairs is good for the leg tone.
