I sometimes do, my arms go to sleep, and I wake up with limp uncontrollable arms for a few minutes. now I try to sleep on my back.

Not any more...it screwed up my back and neck, and my chiropractor told me not to do it. It took a long time to break the habit, though. I had to put pillows next to me so I wouldn't roll over onto my stomach while I was sleeping.

That's the only way I can sleep. I'm 31 and my back seems to be holding up pretty well. If I had to change this I'd be miserable.

sometimes, but i usually sleep more like 75%, at an angle between side and stomach, which i'm sure is bad for you.
