It's not that big of a deal. If your daughter wears panties that are more substantial than a thong then nothing is revealed that wouldn't be seen if she wore a bikini at the beach or going for a run wearing jogging shorts. If she is a cheerleader who is frequently doing jumps or kicking her legs up then she might want to wear spanx shorts under her skirts. But my daughters tell me they are too hot to wear all the time. Especially in summer. And the reason they wear short summer dresses and miniskirts is for the coolness. Wearing spanx defeats the purpose. Many women are now wearing just legging and nothing else to stay cool and comfortable in summer. But those leggings (unless worn with a long top) reveal more than mid-thigh miniskirts with appropriate underwear. Back in the 1970s women wore pantyhose with their miniskirts. Leggings are almost as revealing as pantyhose worn without the skirt! So let your daughter be cool and comfortable and let her wear short skirts that aren't shorter than her finger tips when her arms are held at her side (as in many high school dress codes). If someone tries to take an upskirt photo it will dark and fuzzy. Probably won't show anything. Men have a fetish about skirts because they are peeking at forbidden territory. But not seeing anything anyway.

I am 28 now but I've always worn undershirts under my shirts and was just careful of the length of my skirts. Or wore little shorts underneath them (or tights that were shorts). The truth is there will always be perverts and we have to be the ones to guard ourselves. My dad and mom made sure of it.

A can of mace and a slap usually got their attention.... But nah on a better note.. Have her wear a pair of shorts under she skirts and like a white beater under some of her shirts... the style is in, plus it will prevent that!

Have her wear biker-type spandex shorts under her skirt and wear a jogging bra as a bra or a camisole under her shirt.

I am sorry to say it is up to her to make sure that her bosy is properly cover

well the first thing would be to not let her wear or educate her on why not to wear low cut shirts that could tempt a wondering eye.....as for skirts,if you are that worried dont wear'em, or wear longer ones....longer they are the less chance of getting a good pic!

You didn't really give us enough information to answer this informatively. Where is she that this is happening? Somewhere she should not be? How is they are able to get under her and above her to get these shots? I am lost.
