Im about 5 8ish and 165 pounds. Im not fat, but I have some on me, mostly in my lower back, butt area. I am going on a cruise this summer, and I want to look good. I want like rock solid abs bad. Please help me!?

100 crunches a day in martial arts you have to do this to be strong. center of your body is key to all good health .. it starts there. you will have goo dabs. also, when doing crunches you have elbows behind head and bring up right kness and cross left elbow to that knee for the obliques ( sides.)

pick 10 of your favorite songs, when you have time, sitting in front of the t.v of even just laying around, turn on 5 of toughs songs, and do sit ups for all of them w.o stopping, its really hard at first, but keep your motivations high, and that everyday rotating every other day with the 10 songs (5 and 5), and eventually it will be nothing to you in no time, and you will be able to do the as easy as 1 2 3!

Situps!!! 100-300 situps then ull have rock abs at no time!!! i have em right now by doin dat

you want a stomach?
abs are your stomach muscles!
you can say i want more abdominal muscles, not abs!
