there are so many combinations of computer out there that MS can not do the test for every combination of computers, So Joe and Jane public do the testing for them and when they come across a bug then it is reported so the MS can sort out the bugs

by the way they still have not sorted XP thats still got bugs in it and it has been out 7 years

in the mean time MS are stocking up their bank accounts with the money Joe and Jane public have paid for the software,,,

So do not support MS move over to Linux it is free and so is all the software you will ever need .. do some Research into LINUX,
