You look like right were you are supposed to be. At 5 feet tall you are supposed to be around 100 pounds (you can be a few pounds heavier, that is just an ideal weight, so if you are say 95, or 110 you are still healthy) Don't worry.

No, you are not fat.

But, you need to stop binging.

If you are hungry all the time, then it's probably because you are eating too many sweets, and drinking too many sodas.

Eating sweets and drinking sodas will make you feel hungry.

You eat a candy bar, and it raises your blood sugar, making you feel full, but then 30 minutes later your blood sugar drops rapidly and you are hungry again. (soda, sweets, white bread, white pasta all make you feel this way)

It's better to eat fruits, veggies, lean cuts of meat, low fat dairy products, and whole wheat breads. It's healthy and it will make you feel fuller for longer.

You seriously need to talk to your mom about this, and go to see a nutritionist or dietitian (they have these specialists at your local hospital).

They can council you on how much fat and calories you need to be eating per day, they can tell you what a proper weight would be for you, and they will teach you about the importance of reading labels , watching portions and eating healthy.

Cheers

The "perfect weight" is not a number. It is a range of numbers. If you are really curious, look up BMI and figure it out by yourself.

No you are NOT fat.

I don't know how much you are eating but as long as you are equally active, it shouldn't matter that much. I used to eat 8 meals a day (those are FULL meals) when I was in early teens. (and not gain ANY weight...) Talk to your parents. If your eating habbit changed a lot, you may want to get yourself checked out. (talk to your parents)

Around your age, a lot of things happen. It is probably nothing to worry about.

Defiantly not. I am a 14 year old boy at 112, 5'8. I am considered unhealthily underweight. My lil' sis' is 13, 5'8 90 pounds. She isn't anorexic, bulimic or anything gross like that, she eats A LOT. And she has to go to the doctor every week because of her weight.

if you are 13 and suddenly gained a lot of weight, it is not because you are binge eating, it is because you are about to experience a growth spurt. Your body is preparing itself for growing in inches, by storing fat and nutrients so that there will be enough to healthily sustain your body as it gets taller. You are by NO means fat, don't even think that about yourself, you are just in that stage of your life where everything is going to seem a little awkward, but in a few short months your body will even itself out...no worries

I wouldn't worry about it too much, you go through lots of hormonal changes at the age you are at, and flucuation of weight is not unusual, your weight will balance off with your hormones in a few years, until then just try and be generally healthy.

you need about 1,500 calories and you should be exercising at least four days a week for an hour.
brisk walks count!
