Um, the only way to lose weight and keep it off is to permanently alter your lifestyle to eating a healthy, well balanced diet and exercise (cardio, such as running). (The hard way, I know, but it WORKS!)
Yoga is great exercise, and is noted for its ability to strengthen the entire body and increase flexibility. It's not good exercise for weight loss. If you insist on only doing yoga, you might look into Power Yoga, where you raise you heart rate doing yoga. It might help some, but even Power Yoga only burns 150 calories in an hour. (Running can burn 500 - 1000 calories an hour).
To lose one pound, you need to eliminate 3600 calories.
The Special K diet is a typical calorie restricted diet, where you will probably lose weight initially, since you are restricting your calories consumed. However, your body might slow down your metabolism (calorie restricting diets can cause a person's body to think it's starving). In the end you will probably gain back all the weight you lost and perhaps even more.
Unfortunately, the hard way is hard, but it works long term.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

you will have to to raise your heart rate. don't do the special K diet because you need more vitamins and nutrients. you can lose the weight but this doesn't mean that you can keep it off
