I mean nitric oxide... I have these pills that are supposed to increase muscle size and stuff...

Nitrous Oxide N2O is laughing gas & is an intoxicant. I'm sure it is possible to overdose but I don't know the dosage.
Other oxides of nitrogen NO2, N2O3 & N2O5 are toxic & should be avoided.
I don't know which you are refering to. If you mean NO, which is technically Nitric Oxide, it is unstable & oxidizes to NO2 in the air.

yes you can overdose on nitric oxide, and it can be fatal!.
the nitric binds with the haemonglobin in place of oxygen (thats why you get lightheaded and giddy)
thus interupting your brain and other organs access to oxygen....
my advice....
leave the nitric oxide administration to the medical professionals...

Just eat natural whole foods, and drink pleanty of water. THere is already creatine in a larg juicy steak. and enough protien in a milkshake of 1 banana and 2 spoon fulls of penut butter.

I think you are talking about NO Explode since you mentioned arginine. I usually don't bother with NO Explode questions anymore since they pop up every 5 minutes, but since you are a top contributor, here is my answer.

If you mean Nitrous oxide, YES you can. My cousin (ex-Pharmacist) stole some from the hospital where he worked and sold it to some guy who DIED from it. He lost his job and almost went to prison but they couldnt prove it was him so he got off.
