Not predetermined but foreknown
No, without free will there is no creative role for the human being
No, nothing makes sense without free will and God could not be good or all-loving without making rational creatures with free will, even if volition is conditioned by many factors fince the Fall
There is much more to human freedom than knowledge and the material conditions of life. Many people rise above physical or genetic or upbringing or educational or social disabilities.

All things are NOT predestined by God. God doesn't predestine sin for instance. God knows all things past, present and future. The Bible says that God works all things together for good to those who love God and are called according to his purpose. But no where in the Bible does it say that God predestines everything that happens here on earth.

1)No
2)I'm not sure I understand your question.
3)We have two things that determine how we make decisions, our nature, and our nurture. Neither of these things have anything to do with free-will. In fact, I'm not even sure most of those who talk about free-will know what they are parroting. A person who grew up in an abusive atmosphere, with most gene configurations, will not be a very good person. A person who grew up in India, regardless of what monotheistic religious followers want to think, do not have the same choice to follow Christianity as a person born in the United States.
4)Again, think about rewording Plato.

God wrote the code, created the game, set up the rules, but you are the player. What level you reach and what moves you make are up to you.

A herd of cattle is predestined to become beef, and leather jackets. No one cares what they do in the meantime, as long as they eat right.

Not Calvinist, not even Christian, so no.
I do believe we have free will and are the sole people responsible for our own fates (well except for that stuff you just can't control... accidents and such).
