what is your RE code? what was the reason for seperation? how old are you now? how many years did you serve? how long have you been out?

Not sure why you'd want to, but here goes. If within thirty days of seperation, ask your former command career counselor. He can get the paperwork started. Outside that window, I'm sure you have to talk with a recruiter once again. There may be paygrade drops or something of that sort, so don't expect everything to be like it was when you left. Why do you want back in, anyways? Add a note to this question, I'm curious. Thanks.
