I speak, French (native), English, German, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese. I normally dream in French, but I have had dreams in the other languages I speak from time to time. And I have had some dreams that have had several languages in them. It's kind of weird, really.

I'm not truly multi-lingual, but I know and have heard enough of a few languages to have a conversation (however brief). Most of the time, I dream in English, my primary language. Occasionally I'll dream in Chinese. So, I guess the answer is that they dream in the languages they know, but probably dream in the language they talk to themselves with.

I came to China about 9 months ago, and now I dream in this awful language called Chinglish. I often mix the languages up, though when I dream it is primarily in English with bad grammar. An example of what I said in a dream: But I gave my mother bought the strawberries. (English with Chinese grammar.) When I think though, it's in Chinese, so I don't know why I dream in Chinglish.

Just like in the real. Some of my dreams are in Spanish others in English. If I dream of my husband or parents they are in Spanish. Because that is the language I use when interact with them.

I speak English and German. When I was learning German I started dreaming in German. I felt like the first time that happened it was a good sign I was picking up the language. It all depends on who is in my dreams.

Speaking from experience, you can dream in any language you are able to speak. You can even use more than one language in the same dream.

Interesting question... I've never asked my mother
-- she speaks 5 languages, and often recounts vivid dreams, but never mentions the language(s) used. I'd guess it depends which they are most fluent in, and which the person they are interacting with in the dream is fluent in.
FYI to ~Jess: NO ONE is "born with" any language
