Al Gore, Slick willie clinton and hillary are jetting all over the world using precious fuel while the great unwashed are paying $3.00 a gallon and having to feed our families. I guess when we become part of Mexico again we can ride camels and donkeys. what a great life.

LOL not a Gore fan. Nice move linking Gore to Clinton. When did Gore say we should stop using cars.Gore is a mixed bag of truth and shameless self promotion.Yes he is looking for answers with other people. Let us not start a question with a right wing lie please. If Gore is doing very little, he is doing more then GW.Bush.

I don't know what Gore proposes, but I would say if you don't have a vehicle of your own, or you object to the price of gasoline, perhaps you would consider busses, trains and planes, like so many of the "great unwashed" do. That way you don't have to use donkeys or camels, you get where you need to be, and you conserve energy at the same time. Or, if those don't appeal, you could always buy a bicycle to tool around on locally. There are many options for those without a vehicle. It sounds to me as if you are whining about the cost to fill your monster SUV.

I think we are supposed to just sort of somehow propel ourselves along by having anal sex on a skateboard or something...

quote:
"As you know good citizens have anal sex , and so when you combine that motion with modern skateboard technology it becomes a formidable propulsion system that will move us from point A to point B." - Al Gore in the hit documentary, "Bowling for an Inconvenient Balance" , by Michael Moore

Or do you doubt the great creator of the internet?

Jut Do it like Al. Buy fake carbon offsets from a company that you have an investment in and are on the Board Of Directors.

He doesn't. He advocates getting around in efficient cars. You can cut your fuel cost in half by doubling your mileage. If you're driving around in a 12-15mpg suv or pickup, this is real easy to do. In fact if that's what you're getting now, you can triple it, cutting your fuel bill by two thirds.

All of the things that Al Gore advocates that you do to reduce carbon emissions amounts to reducing your energy consumption. Saving energy does not cost you money, it saves you money and improves the environment.

I see your first point but can only agree to use camel and donkey drops for bio-fuel.

Im not technically a Gore supporter, but alongside his film and environmental projects, He has been spearheading reasearch projects for alternative forms of energy. I'm sure he'd be an apt individual to come up with some ideas. Theres a lot of technology out there that was designed to provide energy in one form or another that just wasnt widely developed or adapted to the needs of today.

Since they're Democrats, they must want us to ride donkeys. But, then, the flatulence may be a huge problem.

The Talmud quotes, “If one man says to thee, ''Thou art a donkey',' pay no heed. If two speak thus, purchase a saddle.”
