Well, here goes. The Air Force operates two stealth aircraft, namely ther B-2 Stealth Bomber and the F-117 Stealth Fighter. either of those aircraft is equipped wuith machine guns. The days of machine gun dogfights is over. Most enemy aircraft are downed by missiles fired from ranges up to 30 miles away. None of our stealth aircraft are particularly quite in their operation. The stealth tag refers to radar visibility. The stealth medium is a carbon fiber material, not any type of armor.

The Su-25 Frogfoot.

Strictly a CAS platform. Loaded with 30mm cannon and 4.4 metric tons of ordnance. Nasty, nasty, nasty. And it's powered by turbojets.

There are more precise, more lethal platforms out there, but in terms of pure armament + turbojets, this is the one that takes the prize.

EDIT: I read the title without looking at the contents ... you probably wanted to know what you saw on that TV show was. Probably an F-22. The title is misleading, btw.

You're talking about the F-117 Nighthawk, which is a stealth fighter and light bomber.

There's also the B-2 Stealth Bomber, which is a heavy bomber.

The most well-armed Jet would probably be the F-22 Raptor, which has futuristic weapons such as JASSM's, AAMRAM's, and ASM's.
