I would try drinking water whenever you have the urge to drink diet coke. Also, I would suggest eating something (light) right when you have the craving...now, you're probably saying, I want to get rid the pop I don't want to gain weight by eating. BUT, until you can control yourself to not drink the pop, then I believe it's the only way that will work. You have to give some and take a little too - don't ya think? I've quit drinking diet pop as well. I then drank pepsi (worse I know) and then I would drink lot's of juice (worse as well because of the sugar in the juice) now I always drink water. It quenches my thirst so much better than pop!

That is not a healthy diet and diet soda only makes you crave more sweets.Don't buy that kind of soda anymore and you probably get headaches from not eating right.You have to mentally convince yourself that you don't need it,did the same thing with quiting smoking.You shouldn't even drink soda since the acid eats away at your teeth(mostly the back) at can leave you with big dental issues.

why must you go cold turkey? try letting yourself off altittle at a time. cutting back. why put yourself threw the pain and stuff. i also drink too much diet soda. but i look at it like, i quit smoking 77 days ago, lost 50 pounds, i need some vise.

is this a caffeine headache? try iced tea with no sugar. it gives you the caffeine without the sodium in the carbination and the carcinagens in the artificial sweetner.

drink a large amount of water....water is known for getting rid of headaches and water is always good for the body.....any time you take medication...you take it with water right? there is a reason for that......water is good for you and your body and it is nature's medicine in a lot of cases
