FIRST OF ALL..WHY TORTURE YOURSELF ABOUT FAST WEIGHT LOSS? and why are you starving yourself dear? dont you know you will not only gain that weight you just lost but extra by doing this? If you still find it necissary to loose the weight then it is simple really....eat fewer calories than you burn ,and gobble up the fresh veggies! BUT JUST SO YOU KNOW...BEAUTY IS SKIN DEEP AND YOU SHOULD BE PROUD OF YOUR CURRENT WEIGHT!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Don't fret...
Go jogging or walking.
Eat more spaghetti, a fist size of meat, and the rest of the plate you eat vegies. BELIEVE me it works...u get soo much energy.
IF u crave, bring a weight loss drink or something, or some fruit.
Breakfast eat fruit, grain and something filling.
It usually lasts ( a good breakfast lasts) about 3-4 hours in the day. You don't feel hungry. You can always snack on some fruit and stuff!!!

All you need to do is watch what you eat....I would start with a 1200 calorie a day diet and get plenty of activity at least 30 min. a day. Just relax you are OK.

if you have a seperate room keep small useful exercise equipment use those equipment while reading and listening songs

make an office snack box of your own so you re not tempted by your colleagues candy bowl fill it with small individually packaged portions of soy chips almonds and dried fruit
