well i am down to 207 from the 219lbs i have been carrying around for a while, so i have made some progress with little effort, but the thing is i think i look bigger than i did before i lost weight! my belly is looking bigger than i last checked and i am wondering how i can lose my belly???!! this is really getting to me cause i am loosing weight, but i am expanding in the areas i want to lose the most.

overall weight loss
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

what happens when u loose weight w/o exercise is the muscle that u had looses weight which makes u look fat. Next time you want to loose weight no dieting besides eating right and lots of exercise. CRUNCHES and PILATIES best 4 abs. The best adive i can give u is if you have comcast go to on demand channel1 and go to the sports and fitness section the have free workout viedos for you abs FREE!!!
