on my fasfa application my estimated efc is 0 does that mean i cant get aid?

Your EFC is 0. That means, your family/you are supposed to pay 0 dollars towards your higher education. In other words, you deserve as much financial aid as possible.

You may be eligible to get Pell Grant which is around $4000 a year.

EFC=Expected Family Contribution. If it's 0, that means you should be getting lots of aid!
