do you know any tips for loosing weight like im not saying go on a diet or anything major just little things i can do to get a bit thinner im 113 and 5'4 nd a half but i wanna weigh 110 so yeah any tips ? like drink more water, walk more often etc. thanx

If you're still a teen, don't worry. You'll probably add a couple more inches to your height so you'll look a bit thinner. Don't look at numbers, look at how good you look and how you love yourself. Listen, you can't love anyone else if you don't love yourself. Believe me, I was the Queen of DIET. When I quit looking at numbers on the scale and valued myself FOR myself, it all worked out.

Drink water 30 mins. before you eat and immediately after you eat. If you can't finish a bottle of water after you eat, you've eaten too much. Don't eat until you are stuffed. Put your fork down between bites and chew for 30 seconds before you swallow. After 20 minutes, quit eating because that is when the brain tells the stomach you're full. Just some little tips I have used; I wish you good luck. You only want to lose three pounds so it may just be water, not fat.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

I started eating a small salad with really light dressing (salad spritzers are great) AFTER lunch and dinner and I lost 2 visible pounds in a week! It has to be after because the ruffage (lettuce) helps the food digest. Hope it works for you.

smart eating like watch sevings intake, fresh veggies & fruit, water instead of soda. no big.
