It defenitly went up we are doing more worse than good.
I saw a homeless guy yesterday and i felt so bad. Our country always minding somebody else business. I don't see any foreign countries coming to America taking over because the majority of us can't stand George Bush. I don't see any hangings going on over at the White House. Who okayed that anyway. This is a Gorilla government we have. A bunch of thugs. Because only thugs will run up in somebody else **** and just take over. I think they call it home invasion. And that's what we are doing invading on these people homes. Over seas and at home. Because the government is ripping families apart traumatizing them. With the absence AND loss of the child, husband, or wife. And i have only just begun.

A study confirmed that pregnant women were affected and their babies are less healthier. I think the 911 only affected lower manhattan area. The whole country's death rate is declining (except murders).
There are homeless people in every country, but I do agree with you that this country minds other's business. There are local organizations to help the homeless people, we all (like you) will try to help as well.
