My Ex-employer had stop paying us through pay-role and took out the percentage that taxes would be. (Basically stealing our money, well tax money) Now I’m furious and want to report them and bring them down... Who can I contact to report them of this tax fraud?

You can go to the irs website (irs.gov) and click on forms and publiciations on the right side. When the list comes up you want form 3949-A. Just fill in the information you have.

Call the IRS and give them the information. They get very unhappy when employers mess with withholding.

My husband had the same exact thing happen to him. We went directly to a local IRS office and filed a formal complaint.
