Anyone ever heard of this problem and what can i do about it?
My doctors have said they have not any clues why i have it as an adult.... Any good pain medications available as i have been in pain since i was 12 and now live on panadol 3 tablets 5 times a day and a wheat heat bag attached to my leg at least 9 hrs a day

This is a chronic inflammatory condition. Normally it does occur in children. And it can last a lifetime. That's probably what's happening with you.

Medical treatments are as follows: Nonsteroidal medicines are a mainstay of therapy. Bisphosponates ( i.e. Fosamax, Aredia) are also useful. For severe cases, corticosteroids and antimetabolites such as methotrexate have been used.

if you have tried all the medical treatments listed above, you will have to ask your doctor about other treatments. A TENS unit may be very helpful in controlling the pain. Ask your doctor about this.
