Do I get to stay, if I fork over Five thousand dollars also? I can easily bust out the cash, and show that I have a job...and probably fake all the background info needed to keep me here, or am I going to be discriminated against, and this is just for criminals from Mexico?...(of course this is a hypothetical question)

Questions for Ezekial, since you're asking me some..do you know what a hypothetical question is? And the whole question, is that when you allow criminals from one country to have anmesty,..then you have to give it to all the other countries also. Your race card gimmick is silly...Racist..I do not hate anyone, but I will say, that most illegals I know, by their own admission HATE Americans...do you?

Bet for Iranians they will try to do a background check... who knows... if they don't, they must not feel that terrorism is such a big deal after all.

Has any one even looked at this proposed policy. Its not as easy as forking over $5000 dollars. I am a big proponent of legal immigration and do not believe in amnesty as far as I can see this is not amnesty. I am having a hard time figuring out what people want. We cant possibly deport 12 million people and I know we cant just give them a free way in. Especially considering there have been thousands trying to get to this country legally. This proposal gets them documented and the fine reimburses for the drain on the economy the illegals have caused.
Criminals is a little harsh title for these people. I may have done the same thing to provide for my family if I was in their situation.

And funny how you called them "criminals from Mexico" for your information that law was never signed so undocumented aliens are not considered criminals. Also, is Mexico the only place from which people come from? What about other countries? are they also criminals in your book? or was this just a racist comment?

There is less then a zero percent chance of that. The terrorist who attacked us on 9-11 were not illegal they were on student visas. This is the same kind of straw man argument that the pro-life movement uses in terms of rape and incest. The statistics just do not match up. Further what else you going to do with 12 million people? Ask them all nicely to leave?

It is not easy for an Iranian to just sneak in. Second the terrorists are not sneaking in from Iran or Iraq. They are all from our friends Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Kuwait.
