my problem is my body. im so fat. im 30, 5 ft, and weight 145lbs. i want to lose 35lbs til december bt i dont know how. another problem is i hev a goiter, bt the doctor said its non toxic. hw cn i get rid of my xtra fats and my goiter? please help

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

try getting the best advice there is for weight loss by using the nutritionist that I did. He can advise on any diet loss no matter what your situation, I have hypothroid and i still lost 36 pounds in just under five months. This after not been able to shed a single pound in the previous two years. Try www.myhealthabc.com, the guy there is great and the products he recommended are so good. Every aspect of my health has improved, my energy levels are even normal which I didnt think would be possible. I am sure he can help you. For the goiter take iodine (like salt that is iodized) and for the weight, cut your food portions to 1/2 to 1/3rd. Stick with that. No in between snacking! Once you start that, in one week you should start seeing results.

in my oppinion you dont sound too fat ,im 159 and im not fat but .....what i do is drink one galon of water per day watch what u eat like eat 5 small meals a day run run run!excersise and ull be fine ....eat lots of good fiber no white bread no white rice get rid of sodas no junk food ....bye

I think 25 would be a better choice then 35...Just IMO though...
