I needa lose weight and quickly. Im goin 2 my friends house in texas this summer. im goin on july 9th be my friend is comin down her first so we can fly up there together, before she comes down her i really don wanna look like da same ol big person. and its bathing suit season and i needa fit one so plz help..!! make it sumthin easy to do and stick to plz!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Try this! Eat exactly a cup of cereal and a cup of milk for breakfast. Then for lunch try a salad with as much lettace but only an ounce of meat an ounce of cheese and an ounce of dressing with ur choice of ten croutons. Then for a snack try a granola bar, or a cereal bar, or a rice krispie treat. For dinner have more vegtables then fats!!!!!! a 10 oz dinner should hold you for the rest of the night. This should be done for two weeks. Then check ur weight if u havent lossed at least 5 pounds then dont do it ne more. If u have then it is a sucess. Dont push ur self to hard u'll cause so much stress u wont be able to loose weight.

Try south beach diet ... no carbs no sugar for 2 weeks then you add in good carbs and low or natural sugar. I lost 12lbs my first 2weeks, my husband lost 17lbs and a friend of ours has been on it for 5 weeks and lost 34lbs. Its hard the first few days but once you see the weight coming off its easier!! Good Luck

turn dinner into a healthy lunch the next day by wrapping your lean leftovers in a whole wheat wrap add a little dijon mustard or curry powder for added flavor

think ahead to how youll eat and exercise on the weekends its easy to get too relaxed on saturdays and sundays but healthy living is a 7 day a week endeavor
