If you are a Muslim, Christian or a Jew, the answer would be yes. All of creation is from Allah/YHWH and all creation will return to Allah/YHWH.
If you follow the teachings of Krishna, yes and when Shiva awakens from his dream, all of creation, as part of that dream will vanish. when he returns to sleep and begins to dream anew, a new creation will begin until he awakens.
The same would apply to the Hindus, Janes, Sihks and Zorasters.
A similar concept is held by the Shinto.
Buddhist do not believe in a "god-being" as they prefer to deal with life solely in the here and now of the present moment.
Capitalist pay in cash or credit compounded daily with interest.
Pedestrians walk.
No matter how you get there, follow your heart and your intellect, do no harm to others except in self defense or in defending those who can not defend themselves, give generously of what you have been given to those who have less than you, respect and honor all others and maintain your prayers, Muhammad, and may Allah, Subhanna wa Ta'ala bless you and lead you.

Yes:
Revelation 21:1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.
Revelation 21:2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
Be blessed!

asserting that's like asserting that the persevered existence of the universe relies upon on scientists totally determining string concept. it is not important what we expect of. actual procedures shop going on. And the universe is only actual procedures. issues like meaning and purpose and 'god' are only what we people do to maintain ourselves entertained and optimistically no longer killing one yet another.

Yes and No.
No because on a day to day basis it is self sustaining and expanding.
Yes because at any time God can make it cease to exist. (I brought you into existence, I can take you out)
