No..waste of money.

First off, how many terrorism attacks have we had, and where is the condo located?

I would say no, not that important

I would say no unless you are in a city that would be a target for terrorism. Like washington dc, or new york, or near governement buildings. In most cases that premium will be unnecessary and never used

mostly for condos you need fire and theft insurance, those are the most likely losses for a condo owner, I would definfitely get those, terrorism I doubt it, how many terrorists are gonna target a condo complex, they will targe the rich and famous, or the governement or places where they will get the most media coverage

if the premium is really small then sure go ahead and buy it, but I doubt you will ever cash it in

Only if your lender makes you.

The way terrorism is defined, most of the things that can happen to your condo - fire, explosion, collapse, being hit by an airplane - are already built into the property section of the policy.

I haven't seen any companies specifically exclude "fire caused by terrorism".

1. Where is your condo?

2. Just how paranoid are you?

Yeah, World War 3 will be any day now. It won't be too long before either the Soviets, the Koreans, or the Muslims blow up your house.
