I would say no unless you are in a city that would be a target for terrorism. Like washington dc, or new york, or near governement buildings. In most cases that premium will be unnecessary and never used
mostly for condos you need fire and theft insurance, those are the most likely losses for a condo owner, I would definfitely get those, terrorism I doubt it, how many terrorists are gonna target a condo complex, they will targe the rich and famous, or the governement or places where they will get the most media coverage
if the premium is really small then sure go ahead and buy it, but I doubt you will ever cash it in

The way terrorism is defined, most of the things that can happen to your condo - fire, explosion, collapse, being hit by an airplane - are already built into the property section of the policy.
I haven't seen any companies specifically exclude "fire caused by terrorism".
