Hi everyone!!

I need your help. I'm 22, weigh 130lbs am 5'2" and I want to weigh about say... 110lbs for this summer.... My weight is mostly in my thighs & butt & tummy (middle region). I rollerblade about twice a week for 1 hour, other than that my schedule really does not allow room for alot more exercise... I don't each much... I drink a medium coffee in the morning, maybe a bagel with cream cheese for lunch at work & a full dinner at home (nothing too fattening..) I never seem to lose anything. And btw... is 130lbs fat for my height?? Anyone who was about my size & tried something that worked (without becomming a gym freak) please give me advice, I am open to any answers! Thanks!!

what ever u eat the most - for me it was chips - i completely gave it up for 21 days and lost 5 pounds (with no extra excersize) and i still dont crave chip to the ssame degree and rarely eat them. also i would recomend a high fiber breakfast to get your metabalism going. and instead of the bagel for lucnd try like a fruit salad or something... also LOTS AND LOTS of water!!

best of luck!!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

You don't have to go on a diet to lose weight, I proved this to my husband. I stopped making ice tea every night with all that sugar, and he cut out fatty junk food, at night I made him pudding that had artificial sweeteners, that I cooked on the top of the stove and he loved it. He now has all low fat snacks. He also cut out regular milk and only drinks two per-cent. He also started eating in the morning, oatmeal, with artificial sweeteners on it. When he went to the Doctors last month he lost 17lbs, and was he surprised. So just cut out the junk, and if you do want something eat the stuff with artificial sweeteners, and don't go over board with the white stuff, and I promise you you will lose weight !!!!!!!

Sweets are a treat not a way of life, when you are eating some of your favorite foods, and you grab a handful, just think about it, and drop half of them, Make sure that you are working out in your target heart zone. Get up an hour early and take a nice jog by yourself or with a friend to motivate you

a friend of mine is doing the South Beach Diet and she has lost around 17 pounds in about 3 weeks. I don't know if that is too fat for you height. I was around that at your age and I always thought that I was way too fat, but looking back at pics of me I wasn't really that big at all. Sometimes we just have to accept ourselves. Good luck with you weight loss.

there are a number of undemanding approaches to do it yet what all of them could properly be broken down into is: exercising in a manner that makes you sweat lots regularily, and weight loss plan (generally purely devour 2/3 or much less of what you commonly devour). Dont quite could desire to alter WHAT you devour lots, your physique will drop some pounds purely by using lowering.
