Scripture does not count as evidence to an atheist, or to a person who believes a different religion.

If you want to prove something to a non-believer of any stripe, use evidence from outside of scripture.

Your question is unintelligent, and not very well thought out. Your real question your asking is this:

"Why does God let people believe what they want to?" OR "If my beliefs are correct, how can anyone disagree?"

The answer forces you to face things about your own faith you find disturbing, that is most likely why you didn't ask it that way.

Couldn't God Almighty have made every man born be born with what you see as the "correct" beliefs built in, unable to believe anything else if he so desired?

The anwers you wanted are that you and those who believe like you do are superior human beings, and athiests should all be put to death, for herecy.

Here's the real questions you should ask your self:

"Why does it bother me that not every human on earth shares my beliefs?" AND "Why does it bother me that God gave free will to man to believe what he sees fit?" OR EVEN " Why don't I want people to be allowed to believe what they want to?"

Jesus said "the truth will set you free", so he must have put some value to freedom, so why don't you? LIVE and LET LIVE.

EDIT: This applies just as much to the silly athiests!! Atheists are people of faith just as much as any Christian if not more so, and just as bad about hateing those who disagree with them, if not worse! Atheists have faith that there is no God, out of the very same fear of hell fire that Drives the Christians to have faith that thier beliefs are the "correct" ones.

Athiests claim science is on thier side and claim its not faith, but this is false! Quantum Physics tells us that to proove there is no God you would have to become what you consider to be God, omnipitent and omnipresent, woops! Athiests worship chaos as God, saying its random chance wich is our creator, but there is just as much scientific evidence for this as there is that God is like the bible says. That is the very nature of faith, its just so ironic you athiests think you are faithless.

Bottem line is this: Faith cannot be proven either way, and you're a tyrant oppresser if you seek to take away the faith of another.

Of course, it is the Bible that says it is the Word of God. And because the Bible is the Word of God, well, then it must be telling the Truth.

As the BIble itself says, in so many places: once you have accepted that the Bible is True, you will see that it is True. However, the Truth is hidden from the people who do not believe that it is True, because the Truth is only visible to the people who believe that it is True. Once you believe the Truth, you will see that it is True.

Gosh, when I take a moment to think about it, Christian logic is blindingly obvious!

UPDATE: as all the answers below me agree with me, I assume three people didn't actually bother to actually read my answer before giving me the down-thumb ... silly bunnies.

Since Christianity positioned itself as the "better" religion than Judaism, which had positioned itself as "better" than Egyptians' worship of Ra and the Babylonians' worship of Ba'al and Co., and the ongoing problems with Muslims and Hindus, I think the Atheists have finally got it figured out.

Religion is just another societal control system.

Oh, gee, if the scriptures say we are fools then it must be true. After all, they were written by barbaric men in a savage time. They certainly must have been brighter than we are.

1 Corinthians 1:18 For the word of the cross is folly to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God. 19 For it is written, "I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and the discernment of the discerning I will thwart." 20 Where is the one who is wise? Where is the scribe? Where is the debater of this age? Has not God made foolish the wisdom of the world? 21 For since, in the wisdom of God, the world did not know God through wisdom, it pleased God through the folly of what we preach to save those who believe. 22 For Jews demand signs and Greeks seek wisdom, 23 but we preach Christ crucified, a stumbling block to Jews and folly to Gentiles, 24 but to those who are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God. 25 For the foolishness of God is wiser than men, and the weakness of God is stronger than men.

There are many different scriptures. Mine clarifying for us lowly atheists so that we might be able to understand your glowing intellegence.

I mean, I know you can't be talking about any religious scriptures since there is no proof that anything they say is true..so please, just clarify a little for us dummies.
