"What way did you take time to be at peace spiritually?" - Well I light a candle, to burn until sleep, to continuosly repeat prayers I said during the day, stuff like thanking GOD for no crashes in my commute, and for the health of my family, etc. Also, I'm here in R&S till 7pm. (I'm not really spiritual.)
The sunset is blocked by buildings, and sunrise is too early.
"Every day is a blessing and a gift of Grace.
Have a beautiful and wonderful day.
Peace and blessings." - Thank you, double to you.

I would go to a quiet place. I love the outdoors so if it's a nice day, i would go outside and read, pray or meditate. Just to take time out to be alone on a day where you are busy is refreshing.
God Bless.

I love looking at sunrises and sunsets however what causes me to be at peace spiritually is sharing with conversation with others.

I had a cup of red tea and then a quiet moment of meditation to strengthen myself against the frustrations and tension of another day of work. Fortunately, I am usually traveling to work as the sun rises so I get to watch glimpses of the sun rise as drive.
Bright Blessings )O(

Since I'm on call this week I pulled my city car to the side of the road... closed my eyes and said good morning Lord and I could feel his presence.
It doesn't matter where I am; in a crowded room or alone in my prayer closet, standing, sitting, kneeling or walking just a couple of words and he is right there with me.
I have learned that if I call on his name where ever I am he is there and he will renew my strength.

I usually pray once or twice a day in the chapel on my breaks at work. since I missed going in today, I went to do laundry, and decided to check and see if the Catholic Church down the road is open, usually they leave it unlocked, so I took my son in and we prayed, some Catholic churches are very beautiful.
Peace ~!~ blessings to you!

i make a point to spend at least a few minutes at the beginning and end of each day thinking about 'everything and nothing'...my home is surrounded by acres of trees, so sunsets and sunrises are filtered...but i like to look up at the night sky...

I took advantage of the beautiful weather and delightful breeze this evening, took a pillow out to my garden, lay down on the swing, and read a book while the cats amused themselves by chasing each other among the azaleas.
Pax vobiscum, good soul.
