I haven't eaten any hard/sharp foods. In the shower I noticed a bloody taste in my mouth, my farest molar seemed to be bleeding form the center of the tooth or maybe just the gums surrounding it. But the center of my tooth is a dark color like it was bleeding there.

No pain. Just blood. It has stopped (for now at least?)

What is this?

Depending on how long since your last cleaning and your oral hygiene you could have gingivitis or gum disease. Make sure you are brushing at least twice a day, flossing every night and using Listrine mouth wash in the morning and get a cleaning every six months. If doesn't resolve by that check with your MD for any medical problems.

Mouth wash several times daily with HYDROGEN PEROXIDE it will bubble down under the edge of the gums and help heal your gums.
