Does anyone else see tiny little "sparks" when you look at something light blue for a long time?

What is that?

I had the sparks of light or streaks of light as I moved my left eye up and down 6 weeks ago. I learned it is when the vitreous fluid starts to let go of the inside surface of the eye ball.

I do not know If this is what exactly is happening to you.

The sterile tears (drops) several times a day does help.

food allergies,white flours,maybe peanuts,almonds
