almost any cake from cittarella (nyc west 74 st)
maricaibu - Choco mousse covered in choco sauce, 2 thin choco slices that look like wings on top and small cookies all over
MY TOPPPPPPP FAVE:
Porcupine cake: Outside is spiky and is solid choco with powdered sugar. second layer on inside is choco mousse, last layer inside is freshly made whipped cream
(*does not containn porcupine! LOL)

I love cheese cake too. I fixing to try out a new spin on it.
It's layered . You use wafer crumbs, cocoa and butter for crust . The filling is divided into 3rds and you and butterscotch chips in one and semi-sweet in one and last but not least vanilla in the other and layer them then drizzle each of the chips on top. It looks beautiful.
