How much and where can I purchase a 07 Super Fatty Ultra DLR headshok?

I have a 07 Cannondale F5 I would like to upgrade to the HeadShok.

You are going to have to go to a Cannondale dealer. Cannondale does not do any mail order for these parts. They only operate through their authorized dealers.
