this is what my friend did too. my friend has a bf already but she gave out her number to this waiter who she thought he was hot. she was excited in a way because she finally found out that this guy had a lot in common with her. and she was already sick with her bf. i didnt like what she was doing because its considered emotional cheating. and if she wasnt happy with her bf she should have break up with her bf.
anyway i think that maybe those girls see something in you that attracts those girls who are sick of their relationships. they are hunting for better guys on the side who has better potential being a better bf than their current ones. they're trying to keep their options open while still in a relationship. however, i suggest you dont get involved with these guys because you dont want to get into drama and get their bfs mad at you. just think that when they give you their numbers, its a compliment for you.

Well in my class(im in middle school) girls give boys their phone numbers so they could help them with home work, even if they have a bf.
