no, there is no way you have lost 6lbs of fat because a pound is 3500cal which you have to work off.
all you have lost is water weight and muscle.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Geez, as a person with a job like that you should be eating healthy all the time. When exactly was monday? I hope it wasn't the 13? You should only be losing 1-1 and a half pounds a week, otherwise you are burning off your muscle. Your muscle is what burns your calories-you need these to be strong to lose weight! I would suggest that you eat lean chicken for dinner with some potatoes(get the fat free butter) and green beans. Change up your meals-never eat the same thing all week long. Instead of having a bowl of cereal, replace it with some eggs(cooked in non-fat grease), toast and orange juice. The key is to keep your fat in-take below 60 grams and your calories below 2000. Try to eat about 50 grams a day and 1700 calories. Then slowly reduce those numbers within reason. You will find that this will keep the weight off and it isn't so hard to lose it.

Crubchy nut cereal has a lot of sugar - you want to get onto a more natural type of cereal if you must have it -- shredded wheat is probably best of the manufactured ones -- otherwise maybe muesli with plenty of nuts and fruits and NO sugar.

Try and stop the bedtime bowl...it is too late to be eating and bad for the metabolism/digestion late at night. Try swapping onto a warm milky drink at most...then phase that out too after a while

The normal meal thing is also a bit vague -- you should be looking at how to reduce unnecessary fat in that meal. Better to eat lean meat with plenty of green veg and no/little carbs -- plus no sweet things to follow.

Your loss seems good for one week -- but it may plateau soon -- you are obviously burning more calories than this regime provides which is good for weight loss.

But you should make sure you keep well hydrated -- a first week weight loss can be a lot of fluid -- so it is deceptive -- you do need to drink plenty of good water (prefer natural mineral water from mountains like Volvic or Evian) -- drink about a half pint an hour though the day...this will also help to staunch any hunger pangs (hunger pangs can be a mistaken interpretation of thirst!)

For an adult male it doesn't look like your getting near enough calories. Not to mention you're not eating ANY protein, it's all sugar/carbs.

Toss the bedtime crunchy nut cereal and eat some lean meat (fish or chicken) with a salad and steamed vegetables. Eating this for dinner is not only well rounded but probably the same in calories and will leave you feeling fuller.

I'd say you actually are psychologically addicted. You're already bargaining ("do you think ill be ok if i stop like mid senior year?") to continue an activity that you know you have no future of doing, and is not productive for you, and will negatively affect your future. But your still doing it. When you join the military, you will be asked if you've ever smoked weed. A little bit of use is OK-"experimental" is the word. A lot is a disqualifier. Can you lie? Sure. But you'd better hope they dont' ask anyone you knew in high school (which they will as part of security clearance checks-and you have to have a security clearance to be an officer) who knew you smoked weed if you have done more. Because if they find out-you're screwed. Now your lying to them. How does dropping indoor track help you on getting in shape for the military? Confused about that one. And you don't strike me as officer material, I'll say that. And if you are in the NHS at your school, your school sucks.

you are killing yourself in more ways then one. firstly your metabolism is crashing down to cope with low amount of calories your giving it, in the long run you will gain fat back even more easily because of this.

if you want to lose fat you need to eat healthily, cleanly....smart eating. this means 3-5 meals a day, veggies, lean protein, complex carbs, good fat sources. and your calorie intake should not be as low as whats going on now.

e.g breakfast: oatmeal + banana and tea
lunch: brown bread chicken sandwich with veggie
dinner: salmon + veggies + sweet potatoe
snacks: fruit, and good yoghurts.
drinks should be water and green tea.

lots of excercise. you need protein, carbs and fat in your diet to maintasin your bodies needs, you go too low cal you lose.

With your job you will need some protein. Maybe that normal meal includes it. Where are your veggies? You need them too. If you make it too hard to stay on, you will quit all together.
