I was thinking some 17" or 18" rims. Not sure if I should get black rims or silver. I don't want to spend a whole bank load of money either. If there are any suggestions please let me know. Links would be appreciated. Thanks!

go to ipd usa on line and check out the wheels they offer. they have the proper width and offset for your volvo, and the diameter[s] you want

Black with a chrome lip. Whatever brand you like, and in your price range.
All black cars look good with just a small touch of chrome to break up the monotony.
