Free will my friend is your right to do what ever you want. The right to work or stay home, the right to lie or say the truth, the right to eat what ever you want. you do what ever you want with your life right? of corse, but every choice you make has consiquenses wether they are good or bad (you go to work - you make money, you don't go to work you won't have money)
you see, alot of times we seem to make the wrong decisions (this is why not everyone in the world lives a wealthy life, most people don't) some people get in debt, others get in trouble with the law, others don't take care of themself and get sick and etc.....
when God guides us is because we seek him and ask for his guidens not because he makes us do things. what better thing to do then ask him (what we should do) who created everything?
choosing to let God guide you is taking advantage of your free will for we know that is God is under control everything (I mean everything) will go right.
and that is why we seek his guidens and that is the diffrence between free will and guidense (that guidense is something you choise to acxept and something you ask for, not something God makes you do).
remember God makes you do nothing, it is you that decides what to do wetheir it is buying a house ( obiously if you ask God for his guidense he will let you know when it is time for you to buy a house for it is in his will and when it is not.), choosing your career or who will you married.
God Bless

Why is "guidance" not free will? Your logic is strange. The free will part is whether or not you want to obey the guidance. We are not mindless robots.
------------edit-----------
I think that either you misunderstand the concept of free will, or else you are playing stupid just to get attention (I.E.: a troll).
Free will means "choice". You can choose to obey the speed limit and stay safe, or you can choose to break the speed limit and get a speeding ticket. No one is sitting in the car with you forcing you to make either choice.

Don't take the word guidance too literally and use that lump three feet above your butt. Remember those people called Guidance Counselors in school? They weren't there to MAKE you do anything. They were there (hopefully) to give you information and then hopefully you were smart enough to make the right choice. Same with God. He'll give you guidance, you have to make the choice.
Pretty simple, really.

Just because something is revealed does not mean free will is taken away.
If you were driving a car, and I was the passenger, and I saw a car in your blind spot as you were about to merge, I would tell you. You would still have the free will to not trust me and merge anyway.
Guidance still allows for free will.

Simple....freewill means we have a choice whether to ACCEPT His guidance or not...
...if we choose to either "accept" His guidance, or choose NOT to accept His guidance, then we cannot blame anyone but ourselves for what we encounter....
....the Jews whom are God's chosen, original children, do NOT have the same free-will as we adopted children do

God NEVER gave freewill. In the bible Adam & Eve were given a commandment not to eat of the tree in the midst of it. By the fact of this being in the scriptures, only logic will tell u that they were limited in their actions and their will was not entirely free.

poor logic, dude...being guided is NOT the same as being forced...you have the free will to go out and rob a bank, but you still face incarceration...all our choices, good or bad, have consequences...understanding this concept is a part of growing up, emotionally and spiritually

we still have the choice whether or not to follow. that's what free-will is: the freedom to make choices but all choices have consequences. why is that so hard to understand?

Because we can choose to follow His guidance or reject it.
